The challenge

The client had an aggressive multi-hundred million dollar revenue target for the new business

The journey

We started with a 2 week diligence style diagnostic to uncover a comprehensive set of growth vectors and a corresponding blueprint for building a new business

We then helped the client launch a 12-month rapid & intense business build phase​ which included setting up 3 war-rooms to support the business:

  • Central command center: To accelerate the launch of agreed-on new products, monitor the competition, technology platform assessment & recommendation, while simultaneously scouring the market for new product & revenue opportunities
  • Sales and Marketing War Room: To support the client with marketing, lead generation, RFP responses, set-up of a new sales organization, sales collateral, etc.
  • Operations War Room: To support the client in the people, process and planning needed to successfully operationalize the new products and deliver them successfully to customers
